Charles Davison is CEO/CFO and Co-Founder of Todd Eckenrode-Origins Golf Design. Charlie is responsible for general and administrative operations, negotiation and execution of contracts for the firm, sales and marketing of golf course design services, and client liaison. In addition, Mr. Davison is active in the monitoring of the schedules of the firms design and construction activities.

Charlie is a past Director on the highly-respected Southern California Golf Association (SCGA) Board of Directors. This appointment provided him the opportunity to be involved in important golf industry activities such as Course Rating, Rules and Competition, Marketing & Communications and Growth of the Game. Charlie is also a past Director of the Board of Directors of the SCGA Junior Foundation.  The SCGA Junior Foundation is critically important to not only growing the game, but teaching young people the lessons and skills of life as well as introducing them to the wonderful world of golf.  Charlie also was a participant in a joint task force between the SCGA and the SCPGA  to determine areas of potential collaboration between the two associations. 

Licensed in real estate and insurance Charlie has been active in and a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, regularly participating in local, regional and national ULI events.  In addition to his involvement in the SCGA, he has been active in community and church affairs.   Charlie has been president of the Newport Center Kiwanis Club, a member of Balboa Yacht Club, and  an instrument rated pilot.
